Jessica Schaub is a Master’s student in the Department of Earth and Ocean Sciences. Jessica is conducting her Master’s research on jellyfish blooms. She is also the co-President of the UBC chapter of the Canadian Indigenous Science and Engineering Society. In this video Jessica shares her exciting story of being passionate about the ocean from a young age, coming to UBC to do an honours degree in Biology from the Faculty of Science and continuing her work as a graduate student.
