KIA Rules for Donation Requests
May 16, 2017 — The Kivalliq Inuit Association (KIA) is committed to promoting the economic, social, political and cultural well being of the Inuit of the Kivalliq Region. KIA recognizes its social responsibility to contribute some of its resources through providing charitable donations for projects, activities and initiatives that improve the well-being of Kivalliq Inuit with a focus on Youth, Elders and community-based activities.
Moving forward, KIA requires that donation requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the date when the funds will be required.
All recipients of charitable donations will be required to submit a report to KIA within two (2) months of receiving the donation, confirming that the donation was used for the purpose(s) intended.
All charitable donation requests must be sent to the Executive Director, Gabriel Karlik through email firstname.lastname@example.org, posted mail or fax.
