Media advisory – CUPE National President to Address Labour Rally in Moncton During Premiers’ Meeting

OTTAWA, Aug. 3 – CUPE national president Paul Moist will speak at a labour rally and attend other events during the Council of the Federation (Premiers’) meeting in Moncton, N.B., Aug. 8-10, 2007.

While in Moncton, Moist will closely monitor and comment on both the Premiers’ main meeting and their meeting with aboriginal leaders.

He will speak at a New Brunswick Federation of Labour rally on Aug. 8 and attend a Canadian Federation of Nurses’ Unions conference.

Moist will be available for media interviews from Aug. 8-10.
