BAIE-SAINTE-CATHERINE, QUEBEC – Sept. 22, 2009 – Jacques Gourde, Member of Parliament for Lotbiniere-Chutes-de-la-Chaudiere, will participate in a ceremony to highlight the national historic significance of the Franco-Aboriginal Alliance of 1603.Mr. Gourde will make the announcement on behalf of Canada’s Environment Minister and Minister responsible for Parks Canada, the Honourable Jim Prentice.
