MINGAN, QUEBEC – Sept. 23, 2009 – Mr. Jacques Gourde, Member of Parliament for Lotbiniere-Chutes-de-la-Chaudiere, will make an important announcement regarding a rallying project with the Ekuanitshit First Nations people.Mr. Gourde will make the announcement on behalf of the Honourable Jim Prentice, Canada’s Environment Minister and Minister responsible for Parks Canada, the Honourable Denis Lebel, Canada Economic Development Minister of State and the Honourable Chuck Strahl, Minister of Indian and Northern Affairs Canada.
