NCC: Request for Proposals on Research for Eagle River Protest Commemoration
November 14, 2017
The Eagle River Protest, which took place over 21 years ago in September 1996, was a formative event for the NunatuKavut Community Council (NCC). NCC would like to document its impact on NCC, our people and all those who stood in protest so that its significance is never forgotten.
The general scope includes researching and documenting the stories and experiences of the people involved in the lead-up to and 10-day protest on the Eagle River.
