Every March 8th is International Women’s Day. Depending on which country you live in, it can be a holiday, a day of protest, or one that simply celebrates womanhood. But what about for Indigenous women. Francyne Joe joins APTN National News to answer that. She is president of the Native Women’s Association of Canada.
