Saskatchewan made film, ahkâmêyimo nitânis / Keep Going My Daughter will have its world premiere at the 2019 Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival in Toronto,ON.
This short film was over a year in the making by two Indigenous filmmakers from Regina, SK; producer, Chris Tyrone Ross (RezX) and director, Candy Fox (Backroads).
Both were part of the 2018/19 IndigiDocs program run by the National Screen Institute (NSI),which gives successful applicants the opportunity to shoot a short documentary that will air on APTN and The Documentary channel in 2020.
