Members of the Canadian screen industry are invited to the launch of this highly-anticipated document, which provides guiding principles and best practices for filmmakers, production companies, and funders when depicting Indigenous content on screen.

The launch event includes opening remarks and greetings by representatives from the report’s funding organizations: The Canada Media Fund, the National Film Board of Canada, Ontario Creates, Telefilm Canada, Creative BC, and the Inspirit Foundation, as well as a panel discussion and Q&A session with Marcia Nickerson, Jesse Wente and Shane Belcourt.
