Search underway for Port Alberni man believed to be in Victoria – Times Colonist

Victoria police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.

Wayne Edward David was reported missing out of Port Alberni on Aug. 9, and is believed to be in Victoria. In a phone call with his family on Aug. 16, a week after he was reported missing from Port Alberni, he said he would be in Victoria. His family is concerned about his well-being.

David, 55, is described as Indigenous, standing five feet eight inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds.
