The Human Rights Commission has created a toolkit through it’s National Aboriginal Initiative. She gives details about the toolkit and the increasing numbers of complaints at the First Nation level. The toolkit helps people navigate through the system of launching human rights complaints or look at ways to resolve complaints at the local level whenever possible.
