SNC-Lavalin awarded management project by Infrastructure Ontario

SNC-Lavalin (TSX: SNC) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a project by Infrastructure Ontario for the modernization of Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) offices.

SNC-Lavalin’s Operations & Maintenance business unit will be responsible for the management of all project consultants, specialists and general contractors. The work has already begun and is expected to be completed by 2017.

The program, which is headed by the Ministry of Community and Social Services, will involve the renovation and modernization of 19 ODSP offices across Ontario. The new offices will have an open concept design, improving accessibility and the customer service experience.

“We’re proud to partner with Infrastructure Ontario on this important project,” said Ian Edwards, President, Infrastructure. “Our proven expertise and presence across the province will play an important role in its successful completion.”
