Sep 26, 2008
The Centre for Sustainability’s Technical Assistance Program for Aboriginal Not-for-Profits (TAP) has been created to support the capacity building efforts of BC’s Aboriginal not-for-profit organizations. The next grant deadline for aboriginal organizations across the province is Friday, November 7, 2008. In this grant cycle we are particularly interested in applications from:
– Organizations that have a currently active, effective and ongoing planning cycle and are thinking strategically
– Groups of organizations having the same developmental issue or goal
The Program Description and Guidelines, Instructions and Application Forms will be available for download from the TAP page of our website by the end of September. Applications must be submitted by email to the Programs Director.
A TAP information session is being held on Wednesday October 15th at 9am in Vancouver. Potential applicants are encouraged to attend to learn more about the Centre and our new approaches, TAP and the current grant cycle, and to get your grant questions answered in person. Registration is required. Email Juliet Correia, Programs Director.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer TAP information sessions in other areas at this time. If you are unable to attend, please contact Juliet Correia, Programs Director with any questions about the granting program.
