Traveller Accommodation Services Price Index, third quarter 2018
The Traveller Accommodation Services Price Index (TASPI) rose 9.5% in the third quarter. The index has increased in the third quarter of every year since its inception, as accommodation prices generally rise in the spring and summer months due to higher seasonal demand.
End use of refined petroleum products, 2017
Total sales of refined petroleum products decreased 0.6% from 2016 to 91.4 million cubic metres in 2017.
Secondary distributors of refined petroleum products, 2017
In 2017, secondary distributors sold 15.3 billion litres of motor gasoline to end users, up 11.3% from the previous year. Gasoline stations received the bulk (92.1%) of the sales to end users.
Crude oil and natural gas: Supply and disposition, August 2018
Canadian production of crude oil and equivalent products continued at a robust pace in August. Production totalled 23.6 million cubic metres (148.6 million barrels), up 9.6% compared with the same month in 2017.
