The Ranche at Fish Creek Restoration Society: Artisan Gardens Exclusive Media Invitation and Advisory
CALGARY, ALBERTA–( Sept. 16, 2013) – The Ranche at Fish Creek Restoration Society is inviting Calgary and area media to a first time viewing of the completed Artisan Gardens at the Bow Valley Ranche at Fish Creek Provincial Park on Sunday, September 22, 2013. This advisory includes event details and contact information should your media outlet be interested in attending the event.
Interviews and photos: There will be opportunities for photos and interviews throughout the event.
Announcement: Those in attendance will be among the first to see the completed Artisan Gardens and Branded Patio
The completed gardens, features 175 works of art by 72 Canadian artists all outdoors and open to the public year round. See the works of Robert Bateman, Paul Van Ginkel, Jason Go Go, Doug Swinton, Vilem Zach, Gernot Keifer, Alexandra Haeseker and artists from The First Nations, among others.
The Branded Patio displays the history of the brands of the Bow Valley Ranche, such as Pat Burns and William Roper Hull and features personalized mosaics designed by families and crafted by Pamela Rogers, a local artist.
