Update – New Photos Released In Search For Missing Girl, Burnt Church, N.B.
The search is continuing for a 16-year old girl who has been missing since Saturday.Hilary Bonnell was last seen on Saturday, September 5 at about 7:30 a.m. walking on Highway 11 in the Burnt Church First Nation. She was reported missing to Acadian Peninsula RCMP on the afternoon of September 7. Since that time there have been a number of different agencies and local people take part in the search. This has included aircraft and a ground search and rescue by around 175 people. Posters have been distributed in the local area asking for the public’s help as well. A number of tips are also being followed. All of those efforts are continuing.
Hilary is described as 1.65 m tall (5 ft 5 in) and weighs 61 kg (134 lb). She is Aboriginal and has brown eyes and long black hair. She was last seen wearing a purple T-shirt, a black sweater, blue denim shorts and sandals.
