Wataynikaneyap Power: Notice of Opportunity to Review Draft ESR for Phase 2 – Connecting 17 Remote First Nation Communities

Wataynikaneyap has prepared a Draft Environmental Study Report (ESR) for the Phase 2 Connecting 17 Remote First Nation Communities Project. Wataynikaneyap is seeking comments on the draft ESR and August 2 marks the start of the 30 day review period. Members of Aboriginal communities and groups, the public, and agencies, are encouraged to actively participate in the review of the draft report. The comment period will end on September 14, 2018.

Interested parties are invited to attend Public Open Houses on August 14 in Red Lake and August 16 in Pickle Lake where the Draft ESR can be reviewed and comments can be provided – full details including venues and times, can be found in the notices below.
