Willow & Sadie Laronde, Madawaska Volleyball Camp
Release Date: September 20, 2012 NationTalk speaks to young volleyball players, and sisters Willow and Sadie Laronde. Sadie is 17, in grade 12 and Willow is 15 in grade 11. They both won awards at the prestigious Madawaska Volleyball Camp this summer. Willow won Best Setter in the camp and sadie the Best Attacker(spiker). Last May Sadies team won a silver medal at the national tournament in Toronto and Willow has been invited to play for an Ontario team that will be travelling to the USA as well. They have been playing since they were 9 and 10. They talk about their experiences attending Madawaska Camp, training with Olympians and their hopes for the future.
