COLLECTION AND PROCESSING SERVICES FOR RESIDUAL MATERIALS

This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Quebec Region.

Trade agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canada free trade agreements with Chile/Colombia/Honduras/Panama, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement.

Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.

Competitive Procurement Strategy: lowest priced compliant bid.

Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Aboriginal Suppliers.

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.

Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.

Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada is looking for a Contractor to provide collection and processing services of residual materials for the Laval Complex, the Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Complex and for Cowansville, Drummond, Donnacona and Joliette Institutions.

Objectives: Provide collection services according to the schedule of services described in Annex II of the technical specifications and on-call collection services.

Deliverables: The Contactor must provide equipped, functional and in good condition trucks, the workforce of qualified drivers and operators, as well as any other equipment required by CSC, allowing the provision of collection and processing services of waste and recyclable materials.

Term of the Standing Offer:

Period of the Standing Offer: The Work is to be performed during the period of October 1st 2020 to August 31st, 2022 inclusively, with the option to renew for one (1) additional one-year period.
