The Indigenous Bar Association will be hosting its 29th Annual Fall Conference at the Four Points by Sheraton Halifax Hotel, Halifax, NS on October 19th to 21st, 2017.
In light of our location, the theme of this year’s conference is “Ankukamkewey: Joining together in Peace and Friendship.” With Canada’s 150th anniversary as our backdrop, we aim to examine the relationship between Indigenous peoples and Canada in the light of both Indigenous and Canadian laws.
Please go to the website at www.indigenousbar.ca to view the Agenda and more information on the Conference. Early Bird Registration deadline is September 29, 2017. Register before then to get the Early Bird Rate!
