Come and join us (virtually) on August 11th to share your experiences and discuss tools to help you and your teams manage through these seemingly endless changes.
AFOA Ontario is proud to partner with MNP to offer a 90-minute session that will assist Indigenous community leaders with a snapshot of best practices on how to manage transitions for you and your employees. We will focus on core change management essentials relevant to current changes facing our workplaces, such as Covid-19, Bill C-65 and Bill C-92.

Change management essentials applicable for Covid-19, Bill C-65 Violence & Harassment Prevention and Bill C-92 First Nations, Inuit and Metis children, youth and families.
We will discuss and provide tools to help support engagement, productivity, communication, and consistency in your workplace.
