Indigenous Women in Leadership

The Journey to Economic Prosperity continues through CCAB’s 2022 Indigenous Business Forums. The Forums offer sessions that are innovative and provide learning tools to help guide and sustain positive business practices. From engaging in discussions and pursuing partnerships to making connections and celebrating successes, our aim is to provide the space to share knowledge and support the balance and understanding needed to move your business forward.

The Indigenous Women in Leadership (IWIL) Business Forum focuses on understanding how we can empower female entrepreneurs and create meaningful opportunities to diversify the workforce. The Forum agenda includes session discussions with industry leaders on how we can build stronger economies for the next seven generations.

Join us in person on June 16th in Calgary as we also celebrate and honour this year’s IWIL Award recipient, Shelly Mandeville, a woman committed to leading change for Indigenous entrepreneurs. Come kick off the day at the Coffee Connection networking reception, where participants can connect before lunch and a full afternoon of shared teachings, knowledge, and celebration.

As an alternative, join us virtually on June 23rd. Attendees can view sessions, have questions answered live, and network within online chat rooms.

Register now for a Forum offering inspiration, connection, and an opportunity to hear from Indigenous experts about the journey to economic prosperity.
