We will be hosting the QICS ‘Hase Artisan & Educational Sharing Market as part of the conference and for the general public on May 29, 2025 from 10 AM to 6 PM.

The 2025 West Coast Indigenous Elders’ Conference attendees will come through the market to enjoy the goodies and offerings from the Comox Valley departing home.

The general public is invited to attend and enjoy the many wonderful local Indigenous and non-Indigenous offerings at the Crown Isle Resort in Courtenay, British Columbia.

Our Cedar Weaving & Bentwood Box Workshops will be held in the Marketplace for all to witness. Both are open to the public.

• We ask all vendors to bring their own tables, chairs and tents.
• We will help you unload, set-up and take down your displays.
• Set-up is 8 AM to 10 AM and take down is 6 PM to 7 PM.

We will have volunteers to help with set-up, take down and loading to your car.
