TEAO invites you to join “Pause, Breathe, and Celebrate” Retreat for Racialized Bodies
The “Pause, Breathe, and Celebrate Your Body” retreat offers a vital intervention. This retreat will create a space for racialized individuals to heal from trauma, reconnect with their bodies, and celebrate their inherent worth. By fostering body acceptance, emotional wellness, and leadership development, this initiative aims to create lasting positive change for racialized communities while empowering them to become leaders and agents of change within their communities.
About our Host Nicole Brown-Faulknor:
Nicole is the founder of Wound 2 Wings Trauma + Psychotherapy services, Child & Youth Counsellor, Trauma Consultant, Author, and Trauma Survivor. Nicole is also an active member of her community as a Chair of Afropolitan Canada.
