Learn how to sew a traditional style of mittens to keep hands warm in the winter, with mother-daughter team, established artists Dolores Scheffen and Allison Anderson. These mitts will be made out of Melton, lining with a fur trim. The size can be custom to small, medium or large. (No beading in this workshop – hand-sewing only.)

Minimum registration numbers must be met in order for the workshop to run. If a workshop is cancelled by Adäka Cultural Festival due to insufficient registrations, advance notice will be provided and existing registrations will be refunded in full.

Refund policy for participant cancellations:
Participant cancellations made on or before Friday June 21st, 2024 are eligible for 100% refund, less Eventbrite fees.
Participant cancellations made between June 22nd and June 24th, 2024 are eligible for 50% refund, less Eventbrite fees.
After June 24th, 2024, no refunds for participant cancellations will be provided.
Registration transfer to another person will be allowed with advance notice, up until the day before the workshop. Please send an email reply to your Eventbrite ticket email with the name of the person who will attend in your place.
Any eligible refunds will not be processed until after the festival is over, starting on July 8th, 2024.
