Wills & Estates: The Role of the Executor
This two-day workshop on the Role of an Executor is designed to provide individuals with an understanding of the work involved in being an Executor and Trustee in the administration of Estates and Testamentary Trusts, as well as a basic grounding in Wills and Will Interpretation. You will also learn about the legal and tax environment, and the level of competence required to be an Executor.
To register online:
1) If you are an AFOA Canada member or have attended an AFOA Canada event, sign in to your account from the menu at the right. Once you are signed in, follow the instructions to fill in your registration information and submit to complete your registration.
2) If you do not have an account, you can create one from the link located at the bottom of the menu at the right. Once you are signed in, follow the instructions to fill in your registration information and submit to complete your registration.
3) After you have submitted your online registration, you will receive an email confirming your registration. If you have not received your confirmation, please check your junk box.

Cancellation of registration must be sent by email to [email protected]. Cancellations will be accepted until May 22, 2021 for a full refund. A $300 fee will apply for cancellations received between May 23, 2021 and June 7, 2021. No refund for cancellations received on or after June 7, 2021 and no refund for no-shows at the workshop. Substitutions are accepted at any time and will be required to pay the fee difference if necessary.
