Administration Officer
KSS Drywall and Construction Ltd. is looking forward to hiring an Administration Officer to manage our company’s data. KSS Drywall and Construction Ltd. is currently wanting to hire 1 Administration Officer. This will be a full-time position with 32 to 40 hours per week.
The Administration Officer will be performing the following job duties:
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls; Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Delegate work to office support staff
Employment requirement:
- Some secondary education is usually required.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience is required
- English as a language skill is required
What we offer:
- $26.50 per hour
- 4% vacation will be paid
