  • Wage: $23.00-$24.00 / hour
  • Working hours: 30~40 hours per week
  • Start date: As soon as possible.
  • Education requirement: Completion of Secondary School
  • Work setting: Office
  • Work experience requirement: Two (2) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or related occupations is required. Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in business is acceptable.
  • Work Location: 19 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC, V5Y 1P1
  • Language: English

Your Responsibilities Included (But not limited to):

  • Schedule and confirm appointments and general meetings of office;
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventories;
  • Manage and arrange presentation, and conference;
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
  • Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations;
  • Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person;
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings;
  • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations;


  • 2-week paid vacation or 4% of gross pay
