TrustMark Immigration Services Ltd. is looking for an energetic candidate for the Administrative Assistant position. This position will be full time with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. Our office is located at 302-9288 120 Street Surrey, BC.
The job duties on this position will be:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Answer phone calls and assist callers.
- Handle outgoing and incoming mail or couriers when required.
- Handle and verify invoices.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Maintain a filing system – physical and computerized.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage website and google
- Establish and implement office procedures.
- Compile client’s data and maintain it
- Completion of high school diploma is required
- 1 year of related work experience is required
What we offer:
- $27per hour
- Overtime will be paid for any hours exceeding 40 hours per week
- 4% vacation pay will be paid
