Taste of Lahore Restaurant & Sweets Ltd located at 9526-120 ST Surrey BC V3V4C1 needs 1 full- time, permanent Assistant Manager-Restaurant to join their team as soon as possible.

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of Taste of Lahore Restaurant and Sweets Ltd.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients for food and other supplies for restaurant.

Job Requirements: –
• Completion of a College or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required.
• 3-4 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.

Terms of Employment: –
• Wages: – $27.00 per hour (40 hours per week. Overtime of $1.5/hour starts after 40 hours per week.)
