Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage Rate: $24.00 per hour (40 Hours per week)
Over Time Wage: $36.00 per hour (After 40 hours per week)

Languages: English

Education: Completion of secondary school is required;

and

Completion of a 2 years apprenticeship in the same field or other barber program is preferred.

Experience: Minimum1-2 years of related experience is required.

Job Duties:

• Able to cut and trim hair according to client’s choice
• Ready to learn new styles of beards/ moustaches
• Shave and trim beards and moustaches
• Provide scalp conditioning massages
• Shampoo client’s hair and rinse hair
• Provide waving, straightening and tinting hair treatment if required
• May book appointments
• Barber may order supplies and maintain them
• Assist other barbers and clients if needed
• Train and supervise new barbers/apprentices.
