Experience: 2-3 years

Duties:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in roofing,
and cement finishing.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Co-ordinating schedules and activities considering deadlines.
• Resolve workplace issues and recommend measures to improve productivity.
• Order materials, equipment and supplies as required.
• Fulfilling company policy and considering safety standards
• Training new employees.
• Fulfill human resource need by providing suggestion in hiring’s and promotions
• Make production and work progress reports
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of apprentices, helpers, and laborer’s.
