Samara Framing Ltd. is in need of 4 Carpenters to join its’ team immediately.

These are the job duties you will have to perform as a Carpenter:
• Read and translate blueprints, drawings and sketches; to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools,
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join wood, wood substitutes,;
• Construct foundations, put in floor beams, lay subflooring and elevate walls;
• Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware.
• Maintain and renovate residences and wooden structures.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school
• Completion of 3-4 year apprenticeship program OR at least over 4 years’ experience

Job Terms:
• Wage: $29.50 hour
• Job Location: 5537 185a Street, Surrey, British Columbia – V3S 8S1 and Various Locations Across the Lower Mainland
• Hours: 40 hours per week. Full time, permanent position
