Twin Phoenix Building Maintenance Inc. is looking for an energetic candidate for the Cleaning Supervisor position. This position will be full time with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. Our office is located at 8232 120th Street Surrey BC V3W 3N4

The job duties on this position will be:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of commercial and residential cleaners and janitors
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
• Recommend for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
• Hire and train cleaning staff
• Ensure staff reaches on job sites on time
• Handle complaints from staff and clients
• Prepare work schedule and coordinate activities with those of other departments
• Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records
• Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
• Perform certain cleaning duties when needed

Requirement:

• Completion of high school diploma is required
• 1 year of supervisory or related work experience is required

What we offer:

• $28 per hour
• Overtime will be paid for any hours exceeding 40 hour per week
• 4% vacation pay will be paid
