Saab Framing is looking to hire a new Construction Manager to join its team at the earliest convenience.

Job Duties:

• Organize, plan, direct and control the construction project according to the project is scheduled and specifications and budget is defined
• Prepare and submit the budget estimate of a construction project
• Develop and implement quality control programs
• Generate and plan the construction schedules and milestones
• Monitor the progress regularly against the established progress sheet
• Negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, clients’ consultants, supplier etc
• Prepare the contracts and Issue the established progress sheet to clients and let them know with ongoing progress
• Handle the purchase of land acquisitions and building materials

Job Requirements:

• University Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in construction technology with 1 to 2 years’ experience in the Construction industry including some supervisory experience

Or

• Secondary school education with 3 or more years’ experience in the construction industry
• Good Communication skills and leaderships skills are must

Job Terms:

• Wage: $41.00 per hour
• Full time, Permanent position
• Job Locations: 8449-122St Surrey, BC – V3W 3S8 and various construction sites located across Lower Mainland British Columbia.
• Hours: 40 hours per week. Full time, Permanent position
