Job Duties:

• Supervise workers and projects, Co-ordinate and schedule activities.
• Train or arrange for training.
• Set up equipment.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
• Read blueprints and drawings.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.

Work area/setting:

Construction, Renovation, Maintenance and repair.

Skills Requirement:

Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.

Prepare bids, Estimate costs and materials.

Prepare production and other reports.

Should have 2 – 3 years of experience in related field.

Ability to Supervise 3-4 people.
