Tung and Sidhu Holdings Ltd. O/A Pizza Hut located at 2A–7103 West Saanich Road Brentwood Bay, BC Canada V8M 1R1 is hiring two Cooks to join their team as soon as possible.

Positions Available: 2

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Wage: $16.00 per hour, for 40 Hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: 2A–7103 West Saanich Road Brentwood Bay, BC Canada V8M 1R1

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Clean kitchen and work areas.
• Manage kitchen operations.

Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of Secondary school is required

Work Experience: Completion of 1-2 years of non-university certificate or diploma or other program in cooking or culinary arts or 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience is required.

Languages: English is required
