- Plan menus, estimate food requirements and costs;
- Ensure quality of food and determine size of food, proportions;
- Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
- Order supplies and equipment;
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
Education: High School
Experience: 2+ years as commercial Cook
Salary: $17 per hour for 40 hours/week
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
