Old Caboose Restaurant & Pub located at 260 Park Dr, Clearwater, BC, V0E 1N1 needs 1 full- time, permanent Cook to join their team as soon as possible.

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook different sandwiches and burgers such as Caboose, chicken, veggie, cheese delux etc.
• Prepare different kinds of soups and salads such as egg, chicken, shrimp etc.
• Prepare and cook Onion rings, Poutine and different types of toasts such as garlic,
French, raisin and different omelets such as Spanish, plain, cheese etc.
• Prepare and cook various types of Pastas and Pizzas such as Meat Lovers, Greek, Supreme, Vegetarian etc.
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers and oversee kitchen operations.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• May clean Kitchen and work area.

Terms of Employment: –
Full Time, Permanent
Wages: – $25.00 per hour- 40 hours per week. Overtime of $1.5/hour starts after 40 hours per week.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, physically demanding, standing for extending periods.

Job Requirements: –
• Completion of Secondary School.
• 2+ of experience in the related field.
• A certification in cooking is an asset.
