Position: Cook

Wages: CAD$17.00/hour

Types: Full-time, Permanent

Working hours: 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week

Benefits: 4% of vacation pay, Free meals at work, Tips

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook various menus including steaks, ribs, chicken & seafood dishes, teriyaki, pork cutlet , fish & chips, salads, soups, and other items in the menu;
• Maintain inventory and records of food;
• Oversea kitchen operation;
• Train kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience
• Completion of secondary school
