Job Requirements

• Education: Completion of Secondary Education is required
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience is required

Job Duties

• Prepare food and cook meals or individual
• Schedule and Supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• May hire and train kitchen staff
• May clean kitchen and work area
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor order supplies
