Le Coq Frit Cafe is looking for a F/T, Permanent Cook in Kitsilano

Position : Cook

Available Position : 1

Terms of employment : Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $18.00 per hour

Work Hour : 40 hours per week

Benefit : 4 % vacation pay

Work Location : 1888 W. Broadway, Vancouver, BC V6J 1Y9

Job Duties :

-Brine chicken, prepare batter, seasoning, and sauces for chicken menu

-Fry chicken and cook other menu items according to order

-Ensure food ingredients and meats are fresh and ready for cooking

-Develop menu specials and seasonal menus

-Keep kitchen clean and sanitized

-Maintain and operate kitchen equipment observing safety and health regulations

Requirements :

-Completion of secondary school

-2~3 years work experience as a commercial cook is required.

-English is required
