- Oversee the daily store operations and supervise the retail sales staff and cashiers
- Prepare work schedules for staff.
- Authorize payments and process the return of merchandise.
- Resolve customer and associate complaints and other issues.
- Maintain inventory and order merchandise on time.
- Coordinate with management to improve the store’s efficiency
- Ensure that excellent customer service is delivered at all times
- Prepare reports to management regarding the store’s sales, inventory, and other matters that concern the business.
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance.
- Ensure that the store is clean and presentable, and the shelves are well-stocked.
- Perform other related duties as required such as opening and closing the store
