Position: Customer Service Supervisor (6211)

Wage Rate: $ 21.30 per hour. 40 hours per week.

Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Job Duties:

  • Oversee the daily store operations and supervise the retail sales staff and cashiers
  • Prepare work schedules for staff.
  • Authorize payments and process the return of merchandise.
  • Resolve customer and associate complaints and other issues.
  • Maintain inventory and order merchandise on time.
  • Coordinate with management to improve the store’s efficiency
  • Ensure that excellent customer service is delivered at all times
  • Prepare reports to management regarding the store’s sales, inventory, and other matters that concern the business.
  • Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance.
  • Ensure that the store is clean and presentable, and the shelves are well-stocked.
  • Perform other related duties as required such as opening and closing the store
