Position Summary

Are you a dedicated and experienced Emergency Nurse, looking for your next career move? Come and put your skills to the test at the Boundary Hospital in Grand Forks, BC!

This is a relief part time 0.69FTE position until March 31, 2022.

Boundary Hospital’s emergency department has 10 stretchers and 1 trauma bay. This rural but very busy department typically sees 1300 emergency visits each month. Also on site are 12 acute care beds, a number of outpatient services and an adjoining residential care facility.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).

• Advanced preparation in the Emergency or Rural Emergency clinical specialty or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) within 3 years.
