Job Title: Esthetic Services Manager
Salary: $23.20/Hour for 40 hours a week (Overtime applicable after 40 hours)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Description:
1. Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Address customers’ complaints and concerns
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Hire, train and supervise staff in performing their duties adequatelyEducation: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to 2 years experience of working in the similar industry is required
Languages: English
Work Setting: Beauty shop or Aesthetic services
Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Manual dexterity, Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended periods
Personal Suitability: Flexibility, client focus, Excellent oral communication, Reliability, Organized, Effective interpersonal skills, Judgement
Other: The Candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
