Terms of Employment: Full-time (part-time is also negotiable), Permanent

Business Address: Same as above

Wage: $14.60 ~ $19.00/hour (depend on working experience)
Working Condition: 30–40 hours /week

10 days paid vacation or 4% remuneration of total gross salary

Language: English (Korean would be an asset)

Key duties and Responsibilities:

-Prepare traditional style Japanese dishes and Asian fusion dishes from the menu

-Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
-Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience
-Check the quality of raw and cooked products
-Store ingredients and raw materials on proper temperature
-Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
-Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
-Plan menus, and determine size of food portions
-Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
-Inspect kitchens and food service areas
-Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

-Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirement:
–Completion of secondary school.
–7 months to 1 year of cooking experience in commercial cooking industry required.
