Canadian Fresh Farms Ltd.  is looking for 1 Farm Manager to join our team as soon as possible!

Job duties:

·         Manage the overall operations of the farm

·         Determine the amount to be grown

·         Organize and co-ordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities

·         Hire and manage employees, oversee training

·         Develop and keep financial and production records

·         Purchase farm machinery, seed, and other supplies

·         Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings

Job Requirement:

•         Completion of Secondary School Education

•         At least 2 years of work experience in related field

•         Completion of agricultural management program is an asset (not a requirement)

Wage:

$25.00 / hour 40 hours per week at 5 days a week Full time work
