This is a full-time, permanent position and you will work for 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. The hourly earning for this job is $19.00. Farming experience of 2-3 years is required. High school education is mandatory, diploma or degree in farming will be an asset and you should be familiar with basic English.

The job duties are as mentioned below:

Schedule and oversee the work of farm workers.

Supervise and assist farm worker in performing various farm activities.

Co-ordinate planting, cultivating, irrigating and harvesting activities to ensure peak efficiency.

Ensure safety regulations are followed

Oversee produce for quality check and prepare for the market.

May recruit, hire and discharge workers, determine rotation of crops.

Perform general farm duties when required.
