Job Duties
•Assign work to general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
•Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers.
•Assist and supervise the general farm workers in day-to-day activities.
•Supervise and monitor procedures for crop health and welfare.
•Maintain quality control and production records.
•Ensure maintenance of equipment and supplies.
•Supervise the growing and harvesting operations of the crop.
•Train farmworkers on-farm duties
•Monitor for weeds and control as needed.
•May perform general farm worker duties.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling.
Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, Dusty, rain/shine, hot/cold weather (Candidate should be physically able and willing to work on the farm in rain/sun or shine)
