Osoyoos Greenhouses is hiring 2 Full Time “Farm Supervisors”.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Salary: CAD 18.26/hour
Positions available: 2
Minimum Education required: No Formal Education Required
Language: English (Basic English is sufficient)
Work Experience required: 1+ years of relevant experience.

Job Duties:

• Direct and coordinate activities of workers such as planting, irrigation, harvesting, grading, etc.
• Manage the Farm operations.
• Determine the amount and kinds of plants to be grown.
• Recruit, Train and manage workers.
• Organizing and maintenance of farm property, equipment, and machinery.
• Maintain & ensure product quality.

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp/rain/shine
